2015 Family Reunion August 7th - 8th & 9th
Hello Watkins - Wooten family. It's time to start planning to attend the 2015 Family Reunion
at the DoubleTree INN in Historic Colonial Williamsburg Virginia. It was voted on at the 2013 Reunion in West Virginia to have the 2015 family Reunion in Virginia with no specific Town or City. Historic Colonial Williamsburg was chosen for it s location and the many amenities it has to offer such as shopping, closeness to ocean and Beaches. Bush gardens amusement park, Water Country water park, Fishing charters, Yorktown and Historic Jamestown one of the
first if not the first settlement in the US. We have included 2 forms in this mailer to fill out and mail back if possible or to go online at the family website complete each. One form is Pre Registration and to help the committee to better plan. One is for Family information so we can update the family
tree. Below is the family site and the address, phone number for the Double Tree Inn.
Registration for the 2015 Family Reunion is $95.00 per adult and $35.00 for children from 5 to 12 years of age. Anyone over 12 is considered an adult. In an effort to make payment easier we have broken the adult fee into 3 separate installments.
The first payment of $35.00 is due on Feb 14th 2015
The second payment of $35.00 is due May 9th 2015
the final payment of $25.00 is due on July 11th 2015
Please make all checks and money orders payable to Watkins-Wooten Family Reunion. Please send all payments along with your registration forms to our treasurer

All monies will be applied to your account as payment is received. With each payment of check or money order please write name and age of each person your payment is for in the memo section of the check or money order. PLEASE NO CASH.
The DoubleTree Inn by Hilton in Williamsburg is a very nice hotel. with indoor and outdoor connected swimming pool, game room, computer kios, quick snack shop and sit down dining.
The hotel also has direct shuttle service to the front gate of Bush Gardens, Water Country USA, Yorktown Beach, Historic Williamsburg, etc. There is a cost of $5.00 per person.
The room cost at the Double Tree Inn is $129.00 a night plus 11% State & local taxes and a $2.00 occupancy fee. Each room comes with 2 queen size beds and a pull out sofa that will sleep 2 people. There is also a parlor Suite for $169.00 per night When making reservations please make sure to let the hotel know you are with the Wooten Watkins reunion. The hotel room reservation code is WWR. Look forward to seeing everyone at the reunion.
